Commissioning me means you are automatically agreeing to the terms listed below. If you disagree with any part you may not use the service. Any commission request that violates these terms will be cancelled effective immediately.
GENERAL
- I reserve the right to refuse a commission request for any reason.- I reserve the right to post your commissioned artwork with my watermark on any social media platform. If you would not like your commission posted you need to tell me.- I reserve the right to use the commission for advertising.- You may not request any AI usage, I do not work with individuals who support AI or NFTs.- Buying a commission means you are receiving a digital drawing, not a physical product.- You agree to provide an email address to receive the completed artwork.
PERMISSIONS/COPYRIGHT
- Commissioned artwork can be used for social media profile pictures/banners provided credit in the bio.- Commissioned artwork can be posted on your social media with credit provided in the caption/description.- Commissioned artwork can be used for PERSONAL merch for the individual. No commercial use.- Commissioned artwork cannot be edited, traced, copied, modified, or claimed.- Commissioned artwork cannot be used in any context with AI. This includes training AI and using AI to modify the artwork.
PAYMENT/REFUND POLICY
- Payments must be sent within 24 hours after confirmation.- I accept PayPal invoices for payments, you agree to provide your PayPal email address to issue the invoice.- Refunds will not be available after the first sketch draft unless I cannot complete the commission.- I can cancel and refund your commission at any time for any reason.
COMMISSION PROCESS
- Four minor revisions are granted during sketch and colouring. Note that more changes requested means longer turnaround time.- You will be sent a WIP when the sketch is done, when the colouring is done. You are allowed two revisions for the sketch and two revisions for the colouring.- If I do not receive input for a revision within 24 hours I have the right to continue to meet deadline purposes.- Please note the turnaround time is 1-3 weeks once I reach your commission in the queue. That may vary depending on the complexity of the commission.- Failure to meet the turnaround time as agreed on by myself & the client will result in a full refund.- You are welcome to contact me during the commission process to ask for progress updates.- Completed commissions will be sent only via email.
COMMERCIAL USE
I DO NOT accept any commercial-use commissions, this includes the following:- Artwork used in any business-related work.- Artwork used in promotional material.- Artwork used in merchandise.- Artwork used in any assets for YouTube/streaming service accounts.
